Join us for an intentional evening of Cacao, breathwork, reiki, sound & end the night with a nourishing meal by vegan Chef Brent Powers!
Mama Cacao is known for her mood boosting effects and her heart opening properties and breathwork is known to increase oxygen to the brain, stimulate the hypothalamus gland (bridge between the endrocrine system and the nervous system) activating the 'rest & digest' part of the nervous system and move energry through the body. Together, they work beautifully to release stagnation to experience more centeredness, clarity and gratitude in our lives. And Reiki is a non-invasive technique to promote healing by releasing congestion from energy centers to enable a good flow of energy in the body. It is administered by "laying on hands" on major energy centers (chakras) of the body and is based on the idea of channeling universal light and love through a practitioner to a client. Sound is known to create a full body relaxation and recallibration down to the level of cellular structure.

About Mayra Leal - Founder & Host
Former actress, now Wellness Coach and Founder of Madre Tierra Wellness Farm, has been on a quest to find deeper meaning and understanding of herself and the human condition. Unbeknownst to her, she began her healing journey when she said "yes" to drug and alcohol recovery 9 years ago. She's since become more aware of herself and has began to remember who she is at her core - a divine, magical, majestic, POWERFUL, co-creating being. Her intention is to share that mind, body & soul healing is possible. That our bodies are constantly informing us of dis-regulation and that ultimately possess all the tools and answers within to live a more full and authentic life. She deeply believes, expanding the mind and purifying the body of stagnant energies, aligns us with our soul's deepest calling.
Bringing health and wellness to the whole in hopes to inspire others to step into their most authentic expression IS her ultimate mission. As Ram Dass famously quoted - "We're all just walking each other home."

Hello, I'm Carmen, a spiritual intuitive, nature enthusiast, reiki practitioner, and aspiring herbalist. Indigo Wellness was born from a deep passion for spiritual transformation and self-discovery. My exploration into the energy of plants and the profound connection to the earth's elements ignited a sense of magic within me. My purpose is to support and guide others on their holistic and sensory journey. The sense of community and the shared experiences of life have led me to create this nurturing space, where I aim to spread love and positivity to everyone I encounter.
Arleth Torres - Sound Healer
My name is Arleth Torres, I am a certified Sound Healer supporting the Pasadena / Houston Texas area. My healing journey began in 2016 after I lost my job. This event pushed me into a spiral of debilitating depression, and obsessive thoughts. Once I surpassed this mental health crisis, I directed my attention to my emotional wellbeing. Eventually I realized that I was carrying a lot unprocessed repressed trauma that was causing disharmony in my body and mind, so I began to nurture myself and little by little, the healing began! I am excited to share this amazing modality with you all in hopes that it’ll aid you in your own journey. Thank you for allowing me to serve you, it is a true honor!
Dinner by Chef Brent Powers
Brent is a vegan chef who specializes in dairy-free cheeses and reimagining dairy and protein alternatives using whole food ingredients.
After discovering over a decade ago that his childhood asthma was linked to a dairy allergy, he went fully dairy free, which allowed his asthma to fully subside and he was able to throw his inhaler away.
Since then, he has been on a mission to find dairy alternatives that are delicious and nutritious. This led to him developing a line of cultured, dairy-free cheeses and founding his company, Rind Culture.
Brent has worked in multiple plant-based kitchens through his food career including Bloom Foods, Karuna’s Kitchen, Pat Greer’s Kitchen and, most recently, Cornrow.
Brent brings his passion for contemplative living and love for plant-based foods and uses that inspiration to provide a healing and transformative experience in each dish he creates.
